Hello, lovelies~ We've all heard about diamonds being used in wedding rings, necklaces, bracelets, or even 'blinging' up everyday things, like a car. *gasp*

Well, would it surprise you if I told you that we can have another way of incorporating diamonds to beautify our skin? Sounds a bit far fetched, but in this post, I will tell you all about diamonds and skincare.

Review Clinique Repairwear Laser Focus New Version

Hello, lovelies~ Wait. Before you click out because you think you've seen this post before, don't. You are not having an episode of déjà vu. You are not seeing doubles, so just stay with me here.

Despite the similar name that I have posted a couple of months ago, Clinique came up with the upgraded version of their Repairwear Laser Focus Serum. Clinique Indonesia is so generous to provide me with a bottle of this serum, so here is what I think about it.

We're Tying The Knot!

Saturday, May 24, 2014

Hello, lovelies~ This isn't a beauty related post, but more like a life-related one. If you follow me on instagram, you must have known by now that I posted this here picture down below. This is the main reason why my blog has lack of updates last month, lol.

If you're wondering if that means, Mr. G and I are getting married! After spending 11 years of knowing each other's flaws and imperfections, we are moving forward to another level in our relationship. Never have a I found someone who understood my weaknesses and is always there to pick me up when I have fallen at hard times. We've been through the good and bad, my baby bear. Love you, G~ ^_^

My Current Beauty Favorites

Tuesday, May 20, 2014

Hello, lovelies~ I haven't really been updating my monthly favorites because some of the items are repetitive, so I'm just including everything here that I've been loving lately.

Vaseline Healthy White SPF 30/ PA++ Serum

The sun has been showing his face again lately and it stings REALLY bad. Did you feel that the sun's rays are getting hotter and hotter each day? I think that's just me, lol. To protect my skin from the damaging rays of the sun, this is my favorite to apply on my arms and legs. Its non greasy and non sticky finish feels wonderful on my skin.

L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Liquid Foundation

This is my second favorite drugstore concealer after Revlon Colorstay. It is super lightweight and true to its name, super-blendable! There is just one downside. IT OXIDIZES! (yes, I'm screaming).

I forgive you, though. I do.
I'm willing to look past your weakness for the blendability and shade and price. ^_^

Hera UV Mist Cushion

It is a lightweight foundation that has SPF 50/PA +++ and sweatproof. Well, if you're playing tennis for two hours, I wouldn't really count on it still being there. However, it does stay on my sweaty face during the day for activities like cooking in an insanely hot kitchen.

Batiste Dry Shampoo

This sure is an oldie but goodie in my book. I have loved it ever since my earlier blogging years. It saves me a lot of time and energy when I don't have time to properly shampoo on the second day. My oily and limp hair will look more fresh.

What are you current beauty favorites? Share them with me in the comments below, so I can try them out, if I haven't! Be sure to let me know and until then, I'll see you later~

Balm

Which Revlon Colorburst? Stain, Matte, or Lacquer Balm?

Monday, May 19, 2014

“Disclosure: I bought this product with my own money. I am neither affiliated with this company nor am I being paid to write this post. My opinions are honest and my own.” Complete disclosure here

Hello, lovelies~ I have already reviewed the three Revlon Colorburst Balm series that are the latest products from them. You can read the in depth review in each of the posts here, here, and here. Just click on them, so you can read it.

In this post, I am just going to compare the three from packaging all the way to the finishes on ma' lips. I thought it would help those who are in doubt which one to get. If I'm not mistaken, the price of the Balm Stain is cheaper by Rp 8,000 compared to the other two that retails at Rp 88,000.

The table is pretty much self explanatory, I guess.

The finishes on the back of my hand.

So, I hope this post helps you determine which one you wanna get since they are quite different from one another. My favorite is still the balm stain in Honey because it matches my lip color perfectly, hence concealing any imperfections on my lips.

How about you? What is your favorite color and/or type of these oversized marker like Revlon Colorburst Balms? Let me know in the comments section below and until then, I'll see you later~

Review and Swatch Revlon Colorburst Lacquer Balm

Friday, May 16, 2014

“Disclosure: I bought this product with my own money. I am neither affiliated with this company nor am I being paid to write this post. My opinions are honest and my own.” Complete disclosure here

Hello, lovelies~ Allow me to introduce you to one of my latest obssesion in lip product, the Revlon Colorburst Lacquer Balms! I know everyone has been talking about it ever since it came out in Indonesia, so here is my thought on them.

The packaging of the lacquer balms are shaped in an oversized marker, similar to the Balm Stain and Matte Balm. However, the surface of the packaging is reflective and glossy, unlike the previous Balm Stain or Matte Balm.

AYOU

Armando Carusso Brushes from AYOU Beauty

“Disclosure: This product was sent to me for review purposes in exchange for my honest opinion after trying it out.” Complete disclosure here

Hello, lovelies. Have I told you that I'm addicted to makeup brushes? I used to think that only a pro makeup artist uses it, but turns out I do need it too. Before I bought my brushes, I use to apply powders with the puff that comes with in the package and take off the excess using facial tissues. See how sad that was?

Luckily, buying brushes are now easy and affordable since you can get them just anywhere in the mall, really. One of the places you can get them is in department stores, like Sogo, Lotte, Metro, etc, where they have these Armando Carusso brushes that I'm going to review today.

Review and Swatch Maybelline Color Show

Monday, May 12, 2014

“Disclosure: I bought this product with my own money. I am neither affiliated with this company nor am I being paid to write this post. My opinions are honest and my own.”

Hello, lovelies~ I have a confession to make. I need to stop buying lipsticks because I have tons of them in my closet, but I'm not even close to finishing one.

*phew*

Right. I'll continue this post by reviewing the latest collection from Maybelline, which you all are probably aware by now. It's the Color Show collection that comprises of lipsticks, nail polishes, and eyeliners. I only got their lipsticks because I rarely use the other two. So, let's just start the review~
