Milk, Y U DO DIS?Tuesday, August 12, 2014
Hello, lovelies~ About a week ago, I tweeted a picture of my face that is decorated with none other than pimples. There were around, I'd say, six to seven of them having a party on my cheeks, nose, and chin.

Half a glass of milk.
Yes, you read it right. I decided to try making my own capuccino and ended up with half a dozen of pimples. Milk and I hasn't been the greatest friend for a long time. This isn't an unusual occurence for me.
Still, I get questions from some of you lovelies as to why it causes a bad reaction to my skin. I'm not allergic to milk. I'm not lactose intolerant.
So, why then?
Why, Milk, Why?
It's said that most dairy products can produce the same reaction, but I don't have major problems with them. I do break out sometimes when I consume cheese, but not as bad as milk. T_T
So, No More Milk For Me?Well, no, if it breaks me out. I have been switching to other types of milk such as soy milk or almond milk, even though the latter is a bit difficult to get.
Lesson is...Skip milk, even those labelled as skim milk. I have been drinking my coffee with either non-dairy creamer (yes, this is bad, as well) or soy milk.
What about you, lovelies? Do you have any reactions against milk or any dairy products? Let me know in the comments below and until then, I'll see you later~ ^_^
