Hello, lovelies~ This post is for all you dry skin type readers out there. I have been experiencing dry skin lately, possibly because of the retinoic acid I've been using at night for the past couple of months. To counteract those dry flaky skin on my face, I've been using products that are hydrating.

Yes, I do have a couple of items that are meant for dry skin conditions, especially body care products. So, I thought I'd share some of my favorite items to save my skin from dryness.

1) Etude House Collagen Moistfull Cream
A re-discovery of the month! The collagen inside helps to further moisturize the skin without being too greasy.

2) Laneige Water Sleeping Pack_EX
Indeed, a product that suits most skin types. My oily skin loves it as much as my dry skin does. It sinks in almost instantly, leaving my skin hydrated and plump.

3) Laneige Snow BB Soothing Cushion SPF 50/PA+++
Unlike my Hera BB Cushion, this is one of the most moisturizing cushions I own. It doesn't accentuate any of the flaky bits of skin, hence making it my ultimate product when my skin is dry.

4) The Face Shop Natural Sun AQ Sun Cream
I have a review coming up for this. In short, this is a non-greasy, but moisturizing sunscreen.

5) Vaseline Healthy White Serum SPF 30/PA++
It gives my dry skin the hydration that it needs. Despite the similar texture of a lotion, it sinks in a lot faster than its lotion counterpart.

6) Rosken Dry Skin Cream
I found this at Guardian Plaza Indonesia and love the moisturizing properties this cream has. Packaged in a squeeze tube, it makes it even easier to dispense the cream onto my dry skin.

7) Herbal Essences Touchable Moisture Conditioner
When the weather is hot, the ends of my hair becomes horribly dry. This is one of the hair products that is loaded with silicone which helps to keep the moisture on the ends of my hair. It really does what it claims to and makes my hair silky smooth.

  1. Laneige Sleeping pack makes me break out like there is no tomorrow. Pity, because everyone else seems to love it.
I invested in SK-II Stempower Rich Cream and it saved my skin during winter when it's so dry it hurts.
