Review Dr. Jart+ V7 Cleansing Foam

“Disclosure: I got this product as a bonus for my purchase. I am neither affiliated with this company nor am I being paid to write this post. My opinions are honest and my own.” Complete disclosure here

Hello, lovelies~ Remember the HERA makeup cushion that I bought from ibuybeauti? If you haven't read my blog post about that, you can always click here to see more of it. When I received my package, there is a deluxe sample of a cleansing foam from dr. Jart+. I have used it for two weeks now, so here is what I think about it.

The sample of the cleansing foam is packaged inside a white squeeze tube with a twist off cap at the end. There isn't any ingredients list on the tube since it is just a deluxe sample.

I took the ingredients list from Boots' website. It still has fragrance, so those with sensitive skin should be aware of it. However, it does wash off, so I guess it's not gonna be as bad as a lotion.

It's great to have received this as a bonus because I have been wanting to try my hands on dr. Jart+ items ever since I heard about them. I never got around to do so because there are other skincare that I have to finish.

The consistency of the facial foam is a thick, white cream that doesn't fall when flipped upside down, if you get what I mean. Lathering up the cleansing foam is easy even without the help of a foaming net. It does have a herbal scent, so keep that in mind.

I love use foaming nets because it gives lots of bubbles that makes it easier to wash my face with. See the bubbles it gives? All I have to do next is apply that all over my face without have to tug on my face too much. That way it won't give premature wrinkles!

I can't vouch for the strength of the cleanser since I always use cleansing oil before I wash my face with cleansing foam. I do, however, feel that this gives a squeaky tight feeling after I rinse and dry my face. A few minutes after drying, it dried out some areas on my skin, particularly the dry bits, leaving it flaky like the picture above.

Overall? An average cleanser that may suit those with the oiliest skin type, I reckon. The herbal-scented cleansing foam rinses off easily, but leaves a slight tightness on my face after drying. Just for reference, my current skin type right now is combination/oily.
