Hello, lovelies~ How are you this fine Friday? I hope you're all in tip top shape, ready to read another one of my ramblings post. Since it is a fabulous Friday, let me share another fragrance-related post with you.

Armand Basi Rose Glacee

The cap has foldings like a rose bud. So creative and beautiful.

What it's supposed to smell like

'Fresh cut rose in the morning dew.' source

What I smell

A musky rose that has been dipped in apples. Sounds weird, but if the citrusy notes isn't too strong, then I would have liked it much more. It's doesn't really resemble a fresh rose scent, which is a downside for me.

True Notes

Green Apple, pink Yves Piaget, pomegranate, lemon, cinnamon, Damascus, amber and musk. source

Around 2 hours

Overall, the musky scent is more noticeable than the rose scent itself as it fades throughout the day. I prefer floral scents over musky ones, so this is definitely a miss for my olfactory preferences.

How about you? Have you tried any of the perfumes from Armand Basi? Let me know which ones are your favorite in the comments below. Until then, I'll see you later~
