Why I Love Bioderma

Saturday, August 03, 2013

Hello, lovelies~ I have been using Bioderma H2O Sensibio (the one with the pink cap) for nearly a year now and I am loving every drop of it. I have already reviewed it in depth in my post right here. Just excuse the lousy pictures, it is a year old and you can see how much of a newbie I am in the blogging realm, lol. In this post, I'll tell you why I deemed this as my must-have beauty product. Let's go!

#1: Fragrance-free and alcohol-free!
Yep, you read right, sensitive skin people! It doesn't contain any fragrance and alcohol, which makes this girl with oily, acne prone and sensitive skin very, very happy. Psst! It's also free of parabens for those wanting to avoid that in their skincare.

#2: Soothes and cleanses at the same time!
The cucumber fruit extract soothes the skin, hence reducing the appearance of redness on my face. Being a gentle product doesn't mean the lack of cleansing power. One Bioderma-saturated cotton pad is enough to cleanse my full face of foundation, concealer, blush, eyebrow and lipstick. For my eye area, I use a different cotton pad, of course. See the video below for a mini demonstration of the cleansing power.

#3: No rinse needed!
All I have to do on a lazy night is just saturate the cotton pad with Bioderma, swipe it all over my face where there is makeup and off to bed. It doesn't happen every night, but it happens once in a while, lol.

I got my bottle of Bioderma from Singapore a few months ago, but Bioderma is currently in the process of registering their products with our local FDA (BPOM) as we speak. Hopefully, it will be available next month in Guardian stores near you. I can't wait to stock up on these babies! Have you tried Bioderma? Let me know in the comments below and until then, I'll see you later~ ^_^
