Hello, lovelies~ Every week (either on Saturday or Sunday), I like to treat myself to a "home spa". I pampered myself with facial masks and body scrubs. I have been using the Taman Sari Cocoa and Papaya body scrub for the past two weeks. There is another one called Murut, but I don't like the scent, so I didn't use it as often as the other two.

Not gonna go into much details about the packaging since mine is only the deluxe sample size I got from the April Lolabox. All I can say is the deluxe sample size is effective for those who like to travel because it is compact and won't take up much space in your carry on luggage.

I have no idea what the ingredients are, but I reckon it'll be alright since it's not going to linger on my body for a long time. I searched on their website, but they didn't have the list of ingredients for the body scrub.

Moving on to the body scrub experience, the cocoa scent isn't too strong, but I can still smell it as I massaged it gently all over my body. A little story about the cocoa scent. Last week was my period and I craved for chocolate, so I got into the shower and slather this all over my body. the cocoa scent is very fulfilling and lifts up my mood. I hope that wasn't TMI (too much information).

The beads inside the scrub is quite gentle on my sensitive skin. It was just at the right size, so it is enough to buff away the dead skin cells without having to injure or hurt my skin.

Overall, I really like this body scrub because of the scent and the size of the beads. My skin is exfoliated gently, sloughing the dead skin cells off the surface of my skin, making way for new skin to take its place. I think I am going to purchase the full size once this runs out.

What is your favorite body scrub? Let me know in the comments below and until then, I'll see you later~

Extra tip
Always remember to exfoliate once a week and not more than that because it may just cause more harm than good.
