Green Tea On The Face?

Hello, lovelies~ Green tea has always been my favorite drink since I started sipping it way back in 2006. I was feeling frustrated while I was in Melbourne and thought I needed a warm drink before bed. I brewed a glass of green tea, sipped it all and felt all better. I guess the warmth and soothing taste did calm my nerves down. Did you ever felt that way towards a warm beverage?

Anyway, drinking green tea has been proven beneficial for our health. It it high in flavonoids, which is an antioxidant that is plant-derived. Another antioxidant in tea that is tested to be higher than vitamin C is called catechin. Antioxidants are helpful to our bodies in slowing down the process of oxidative damage that is caused by free radicals. Oxidative damage can cause harmful events in our bodies, such as cancer, Parkinson's disease, and heart disease. These are just a few of them that can happen.



Sounds good so far. What if it were to be put on my face? I've read in a few articles that tea is an astringent in nature, so it may be beneficial for my oily skin. Being the curious person that I am, I tried it out and liked it so far. All you have to do is follow the video steps down below.

  1. Kalo aku selain pake airnya buat maskeran, tapi ampasnya juga buat scrub tinggal aku tambah pake sabun cuci muka yang biasa aku pake. Dan kadang ampasnya buat scrub badan juga.
