Worthy Drugstore Find : Vivelle Virgin Coconut Oil Intensive Body Lotion

Last week, I was out grocery shopping with my bf at Hypermart MGK. It has recently become one of my favorite supermarket since it's located near my house, has almost everything (except for drugstore makeup, booooo....) and also sells freshly baked bread.

As I was strolling along the body lotion aisle, I stumbled on this lotion from Vivelle. I've used Vivelle's body mist since I was in high school and have been loving it a lot. So, I thought I would give this a try to see if it's worth the money for a drugstore/supermarket brand. If you're interested in my review, then keep on reading ^^.

Vivelle Intensive Body Lotion
Just love the packaging!
Virgin Coconut Oil is unlike any other coconut  oil. It is proven to absorb deep into the skin to moisturize and smooth out the skin. It also contains Vitamin C to brighten the skin. Feel the difference after using it! Skin feels moisturized, smooth and not greasy.

Use on skin every day to maintain beautiful skin, especially on the dry areas such as the elbows, heels and knees.

Ingredients
It's probably the dimethicone that helps smoothen the skin
Virgin Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Vitamin C Ascorbate, Glyceril Stearate SE, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Cyclomethicone, Carbomer, Parfume, Butyl Paraben, Ethyl Paraben, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Phenoxy Ethanol, Triethanolamine, Water

How I Use It
I squeeze out a 3 cm diameter and applied it to my arm. I'll repeat the same process for the other arm and legs.
It blends nicely, giving a dewy finish to my skin.
What I Like About It
  • It's available in most supermarket here in Jakarta. I saw one in Sogo Food Hall Kelapa Gading as well.
  • The price is very, very affordable at IDR 13,500 (prices may vary at different supermarkets).
  • There are three versions of this product. For normal skin, dry skin, and very dry skin. I got mine in dry skin.
  • The packaging is very well thought of. The opening of the cap is located at the bottom when it is placed vertically. This way, the product will always come down as gravity intended them to, so I won’t have to wait forever when it is running out.
A flip cap. Just love it.
  • The ingredients are all safe and don’t contain mineral oil, despite the cheap price. Usually, cheap body lotions at the supermarket aisle contain mineral oil as one of their ingredients.
  •  The texture itself is a white, creamy lotion that feel lightweight once applied
  • It has a citrus-y scent that smells fresh.
  • It gets absorbed by my skin quite fast.
  • It doesn’t leave a greasy finish.
  • It moisturizes my skin for around 6 hours. Afterwards, I need to reapply to have a moisturized skin.

What I Hate About It
  • It doesn't contain any sunscreen ingredients.
  • It only comes in one size. It would have been nice to have a bigger packaging with pump like Vaseline’s.
  • Even though I like the scent, but I wish they would've just eliminated the scent so people with sensitive skin has a higher chances of not developing a reaction when trying this on.
Summary
I'm impressed at how this product is affordable and effective at the same time. It has to be one of the most amazing drugstore lotions that doesn't contain mineral oil. There are still parabens, but I'm not against it. So, be sure to check it out and try it! ^.^

WRP Log : My Eating Habit

Hi there! I'm back to post an interesting change I have in my diet routine. As you all might know, I'm currently on a diet using WRP, eating healthy foods and exercising. One thing that I notice lately is my food portion. Here are the changes in my eating habits down below.

Usually, in a day, I would eat 3-4 times a day and in large portions. By large portions, I mean, half a plate of rice, 6 pieces of chicken strips (processed ones), 2 pieces of fried tofu and no vegetables at all. At night, I would eat the same thing at 6 p.m. and then went out to eat later on at 9 or 10 p.m., usually fast foods. It was a very unhealthy, greasy and high fat diet that I was going through for almost 3 years.
My old food pyramid that consisted of processed, deep-fried and fatty fast foods.

Since I'm going through with the WRP diet, it all changed. I consumed more vegetables and fruits in my diet and in almost every meal I have. I still can't eat salads, though. For me, salads tasted weird because they're cold.
At least, half of your plate should be filled with vegetables.
I reduce the foods that are fried, I opted for stir fried or grilled dishes. I haven't got the strength to eliminate oils from my diet. I'm afraid that if I completely stopped suddenly without any gradual reduction, I might threw another tantrum.
Grilled foods typically have less oils in them since they don't really need to have much oil to cook.
I limit my carbohydrate consumption (white rice) to only 3-4 tablespoons per meal. I won't get hungry because I have consumed more vegetables that carbohydrate. The carbs will give me instant energy, while the fibers from the veggies will keep me fuller for a longer period of time.
Being an Indonesian, I love my rice! It feels fulfilling, but sometimes I grill my potatoes as my carbs source.
I notice that I don't get super hungry at night time. Of course, this happens after a week of controlling the calorie intake. It doesn't happen overnight, so don't expect a miracle that you won't feel hungry after just 2 days of dieting. It takes time. It's okay for me to eat fruits or drink WRP milk and not feel hungry or tortured or even feel like going on a diet.
I'm not like this anymore at night when I don't have my meal. So, yeay!
Funny thing, I don't miss eating my chocolate chip ice cream, chocolate bar snacks, or any of those sweet desserts I usually eat when I'm watching TV. I feel more satisfied in eating grapes, grapefruits, or even cornflakes as a snack. It's probably because I've started eating healthier foods, so now my body isn't craving as much as before. In other words, maybe my body has fulfilled MOST of its nutrition, thereby reducing the cravings. It's not that I avoid them, it's just that I don't feel like eating them, despite the fact that I still have my Wall's Double Dutch ice cream in my freezer.
Considering I'm a chocolate-freak, it's kinda hard to believe that I don't miss these babies.

Being in a diet, I still go out sometimes with my bf and eat at restaurants. However, we usually went to a sushi bar or shabu-shabu joint. Today, we decided to go to a sushi place at Kelapa Gading Mall. You know, the infamous sushi restaurant? I won't say the name ;). I woke up late today, so I haven't had breakfast when my bf picked me up. At the restaurant, I only ate :
  • 1 plate of baked salmon roll (6 small pieces of rolls)
  • 1 plate of kani mentai sushi ( 2 small pieces of sushi)
  • 1 plate of tamago sushi (2 small pieces of sushi)
  • 1 piece of salmon mentai sushi
  • 1 piece of kani tamago maki ( I took the rest home because I was too full to finish it)
Usually, when I dine at that place, I would have :
  • 1 bowl of Nabeyaki Udon (I eat this alone)
  • 1 plate of FRIED salmon skin
  • 1 plate of kani tamago maki
  • 2 plates of salmon mentai sushi
  • 1 plate of FRIED tempura prawns
  • 1 plate of choco sandwich for dessert
See the difference? My portions has reduced! Even I'm confused by this!! Happy, too!! I think it's all thanks to WRP's 6 days program where I learn to slowly control how much I eat. My food portions have reduced significantly.

Another significant change I notice is that I don't feel the urge to snack when I'm watching TV. Usually, I would grab an ice cream or a bag of potato chips to have as a snack while watching TV. Although, I still drink a glass of Japanese green tea while watching TV. Again, the cravings probably disappear as I begin to eat healthier and all of the nutritional values are fulfilled all throughout the body.
I used to have double the amount of snack on the picture. That's how BAD my eating habits are. T^T
These are the recent changes that I notice in my eating habits. When I noticed more, I'll update it here.

Remember, all of these changes didn't happen in a night. It took me a week to get used to having only 200 calories at night. Take baby steps in dieting and don't set a high target at the beginning, especially if you weigh a 100 kg like me. Small, mini-sized goals, okay?

P.S: Remember, "Eat to live, not live to eat". Good luck with your dieting and if I can do it, so can you!

I Need Your Help

Good morning, dear readers. Today, I have no reviews or hauls, but I'm here to ask for your help. Those from Indonesia will know what Topeng Monyet is. It's an attraction where a monkey is being chained on the neck and told to do several commands, such as, putting on a mask, holding a small umbrella, riding a small bicycle and many more. Sounds cute? Not really. Here is the truth behind all that. Btw, I got the info from JAAN (Jakarta Animal Aid Network).

Cruelty Behind The Mask Of Jakarta's Monkey Circuses
HERE IS THE STORY

Their torment starts deep in the forests of Sumatra where the macaques, an endangered species of monkey, live. Teams of poachers use sickening methods to trap them. The most popular one is to shoot the mother and then prise the clinging baby off her. Baby macaques are preferred as they have a longer life as performers. The poachers are paid £2 for each monkey by dealers, who sell them on to street “entertainers” in Jakarta for £5 each.

It’s here the torture really begins. The monkeys are hung upside down so they learn how to walk upright. Chains are then clamped around their necks and they have to stand up straight or be punished.

The monkeys are starved and only fed when they obey to make sure they learn quickly. The highly-social primates are forced to live inside cramped wooden crates and can’t interact with each other, leading them to become deeply disturbed.

After being “trained” they are taken to tourist spots to “work”.

FYI : "Usually 40 percent of monkeys end up dead. If they’re not physically strong enough, they die during the basic training, though some die later in the toy training phase."

JAAN needs your help to end this cruelty! How you can help:
1. Please write us a letter stating why you feel that this cruelty should be ended and send this, by fax to JAAN (+62 21 7199917) and sign petition.

Follow this petition link: http://www.thepetitionsite.com
/10/stop-the-torture-of-macaque-monkeys-in-jakarta/ or just head on the top right sidebar of my page and click 'SIGN PETITION'.

2. If you see a monkey performing on the streets, report this to us. Please take a picture of the monkey (s), the person handling the monkey and don’t forget to mention the location. Please send your information and pictures to jakartaanimalaid@gmail.com

3. If you see a monkey chained or kept caged, please also report this to us. Don’t forget to include a picture, and mention the date and location. JAAN is setting up a database of Topeng Monyet people and the primates they use in the hope we can get a ban enacted.

I know some of you are thinking that it's also cruel to take away someone' job (the person handling the monkey), but is it really worth sacrificing all these monkeys to find a job? I know finding a job in Jakarta is hard, but is really worth it to have money over these monkeys' lives? I know people will have different opinions on this, but I'm still going to stand up to my belief. It's cruel to still have this "attraction" on the streets. Say what you want. It just saddens me to see those small, thin monkeys on the streets. Thank you.

P.S: Please sign the petition if you think this "attraction" should be stopped. Please pass this to all of your friends at Jakarta or even overseas. Get them to sign it as well.

WRP Log : Day 6, End of First Week

I overslept last night so I didn't post any entry for my food diary. Yesterday was the sixth day or the last of the diet program from WRP. My first weigh in was at 100.2 kg (yes, I'm reaaaaallly heavy). After doing this diet for 6 days, my body weight is, drum roll please...

96.4 kg!!!

I know, it seems a bit fast for just 6 days, but I promise you, I didn't skip any meals, I ate all of the snacks provided by WRP and exercised for 15-30 minutes every day (except Thursday) all through this week.

At the end of this diet, there are certain things I do notice about my body. The changes are :
  • My headaches, which are usually present in the morning, are gone. I don't need to take painkillers almost every day. Same goes for my vertigo.
  • I sleep a lot better. Usually, I toss and turn, unable to sleep, but now, I sleep soundly and wake up fresh in the morning.
  • The late night food cravings are gone. I can't even believe it, but my bf notices it as well. I haven't asked to go out searching for fast food for late night snacking.
  • I feel more energized every day. Usually, I'll be all lazy and sluggish sitting in front on the TV, not wanting to do anything else. Now, I'm able to exercise for 30 minutes in front of the TV, rather than just sitting there.
  • I've exercised almost every day for 30 minutes. This week, I'll probably try to increase the time to 45 minutes, but I'll do it slowly.
I'm proud of myself right now since I can accomplish the things I wanted. I went on this diet because I wanted to stop my bad habit of late night eating and I did it. So, I found another short-term motivation for the second week.

My motivation this week is to be able to do a 45 minute exercise session at least 3 times this week.

I will keep on going on this diet until I reach my ideal body weight. I'm not expecting a miracle or even a fast solution to reduce my body weight. I want to do it slowly because I also want to change my eating pattern to a healthier one.

All of you who are also dieting, just remember to have a motivation and if possible, just have a short-term goal. For example, go on a diet and set a short-term goal (mini goals) of having fruits for dinner all through this week. Once the week ended and you reached your goal, you'll be happy and more motivated to do diet for the next week.

At least, that's how I do my diet. I don't set larger goals at the beginning, I just set mini-goals to achieve by the end of the week.

I hope you find this helpful and wish me luck!

WRP Log : Day 5, Commitment

A weekend with the diet still going. I weighed today and was happy to see that I lost 1 more kg off my weight. All of the weighing is done after I'm done with my 'business' in the bathroom. I continued to drink my WRP milk and browsed on my computer for 30 minutes.

I did my usual exercise on the elliptical machine for 30 minutes while watching Nigella's Forever Summer on AFC. This week, I have been exercising for 4 days each ranging from 15-30 minutes. I have to say I'm really proud of myself for being able to exercise for that many days in a week. I realized that exercising has been easier when I DO have the commitment to do it and not forcing myself to exercise harder than I'm capable of. I love my elliptical machine now. More than ever.

For lunch, it's still the same dishes as yesterday since I do make them in big batches. It's easier to reheat rather than cooking from scratch every day. The only difference is the vegetable dish because I buy those daily to keep them fresh. I had broccoli and baby corn sauteed with garlic and shitake mushrooms. I also had 4 tablespoon of white rice.

My bf took me to MAG because he wanted to adjust his glasses since it is a bit slanted. I went to TheFaceShop to repurchase their nail polish remover. I browsed the shop, looking for a gentle cleanser that won't dry out my face. Olay and L'oreal just dry out my skin lately for unknown reasons. The SA suggested the Herb Day Bubble Foam Cleanser because it's has a gentle texture. She tried it on my hand and I like the bubble form, so I bought it.
Ingredients, ok!
I proceed with eating my cookie at 4 p.m. while drinking a glass of green tea. I haven't had a severe craving towards certain foods ever since I'm on this diet. I'm able to eliminate my bad habit of eating junk food at late hours of the night.

Lesson learned today :
  1. Things would be a lot easier if I'm willing to commit myself to finishing it.
  2. Try assuring myself to change my perspective of not eating at the mall.

WRP Log: Day 4, Routinity

Okay, today is the fourth day of my WRP diet. I can't actually believe that I lasted this long and followed the diet routine without throwing a tantrum at my bf day after day.

I woke up at 9 a.m. today, so I drank the milk at 9.15 and skipped the cookies, which I'm supposed to eat at 10 a.m. I surfed through the internet for an hour, then went to exercise at the elliptical machine for 30 minutes. I'm happy that I can exercise for 30 minutes without being out of breath or bored.

For lunch, I have :
  • 2 slices of fried 'tempeh'
  • 4 tablespoons of white rice
  • 2 pieces of teriyaki sauce burger patty
  • half a plate of broccoli and carrot sauteed with garlic
I do realize that I need to get my plate greener than ever so that the fibers help me stay full.

At 4 p.m., I consume a sachet of chocolate chip cookies from WRP and head to the mall with my bf. We went to get Wii games since I got bored at home. Plus, if you've ever played DK on the Wii, you know that it's effin' hard. I don't know why they have to make the levels that hard to get through. There were no interesting games, though so we went to Gramedia to get another recipe book with calories. I got 2 of them and can't wait to try them.

Since I'm already hungry before 7 p.m. and I'm still on the way home, I drank the WRP Diet To Go. It's so easy and delicious at the same time.

Lesson learned today :
  1. Eating at home is tricky. The menus should be varied so it won't be boring.
  2. Routinity isn't always boring. I realized that I couldn't go on a diet program because it was mainly boring since it's just repetitive of the other day.
  3. Exercise helps boost my mood. I'm not that easily angered lately, despite the fact that I'm nearing my period.
Well, only 2 more days to go, people. Wish me luck!

WRP Log : Day 3, Change

Today is my day off from work. I weighed in and noticed that I lost 1 kg. It's only my third day and I already saw changes in my body weight. Quite shocked, really. I followed with my daily routine of drinking the milk and cookies.
yeaaayy! A kilo has been lost!! Learning to be grateful for what has happened is also a good thing.
Lunch today was a bit different since I tried out the new recipe from the book I bought yesterday. It was a book meant for people with heart disease or disorder. The diet is actually targeted to have a low fat and high fiber diet.

I got the recipe from this book. FTC: I bought it with my own money and am not affiliated with the company.
Today's lunch is a dish called 'Ayam Jamur Saus Tiram' or chicken sauteed with oyster sauce and mushrooms. The calorie is 112 kcal for each 50 g of chicken with 4.8 gr of fat and 29 mg of Cholesterol. I'll post the recipe in another post to make it neat. I also ate baby kailan sauteed with garlic and 3 tablespoon of white rice.

Two hours after lunch, I decided to do an exercise session on the elliptical machine for 20 minutes while watching AFC.

Suddenly, after I took a shower, my bf came and took me to Emporium Pluit Mall to get asparagus. It's not random. I said to him yesterday that I wanted to eat boiled asparagus, so her remembered and we went grocery shopping. I'm quite proud of myself for not eating at the mall, despite the fact that I'm looking at Old Chang Kee and wanted to snack.

As we were strolling the meat and vegetables aisle, we saw the most gorgeous and delicious looking salmon on sale. My bf sniffed it and it wasn't fishy smelling, which means that it's still fresh. We got 3 slices for our dinner.

For dinner, my bf pan fried that salmon and seasoned it lightly. I'm in charge of making mashed potatoes without any butter and milk. We counted the calories and ended up with 214 kcal for each portion of salmon and mashed potatoes.
Lightly seasoned mashed potatoes without milk and butter

Pan fried salmon seasoned with salt and black pepper

Lesson learned today :
  • Persistence will pay off one day. I've already felt the difference during the third day.
  • There are other ways to enjoy food and still be on a diet. Look for recipe books that has a calorie count, so guilt won't follow when eating.
  • Perspective can change. Usually, I will go to the mall to eat at a restaurant or food court. Now, I only stroll and browse through the shops and not eating.

WRP Log: Day 2, Realization

It's now the second day of my WRP diet. I kinda feel like Santa Claus right now since my diet consist MAINLY of milk and cookies. Well, I have the same size as Santa though, what with the big tummy and butt. All I need is a red suit and I'm all done.
No wonder Santa got that fat
Anyway, I had WRP Diet To Go for breakfast since I'm in a rush to head to the office. It's practical and delicious, so I can see myself buying it for times when I don't have time to sit down and eat a plate of meal. It's suitable for people on the go.

At the office, I ate my chocolate chip cookie at 10 a.m. and it delayed my hunger for another 4 hours.

I reached my house at 1 p.m. and my bf took me out to lunch at Sushi Tei Kelapa Gading Mall. Since I don't eat sashimi, I ordered Grilled Salmon Teriyaki with 3 tablespoons of white rice. I also ate Kani Tamago Maki and Baked Salmon Maki. Before I ate all those carbohydrate-rich foods, I drank a glass of WRP Diet Tea to reduce the absorption of carbohydrate in my body. After a meal, I consumed Xenical to reduce the digestion of fat, so that it is excreted from the body.
Just add 1 sachet of this tea with 200 ml water and drink!
After that meal, we went to Gramedia to buy recipe books so that I may be able to cook my own food during this diet phase. I found two books, a magazine and two comic books.

Since I'm still tired from yesterday, I didn't do any exercise today, apart from climbing up and down the stairs. I'm scared that if I do exercise today, I won't be able to wake up feeling fresh tomorrow since my muscles ache and are still tired from the exercise session from the other day.

The cravings are not that severe tonight probably because I have something to do. I bought stuff from Chicprincessa and busy watermarking the photos. Right now, I feel fresh and not sluggish as I was before when I'm still eating instant noodles and processed foods.

Lesson learned today:
  • I need to make myself busy when I'm having cravings. It helps me forget about how I want to eat that certain food. For example, reading a book, blogging, playing with Shiro (my puppy) or even do light exercise!
  • Perseverance is needed to make something work. I need to force myself and keep reminding myself why I'm doing this
  • It's best to have a variety of food everyday, so I don't get bored with the system
  • I won't push myself at exercising if I feel really tired that day. I feel that it's best to start slow at the beginning, but consistent with the exercise. It's better than going all out during the first week and never exercising again on the second week due to excess fatigue.

WRP Log : Day 1, The Struggle

Yesterday, as you all may know from the previous post, I went on WRP 6 days diet and bought the 6 days diet pack. Reason behind this or my motivation is to stop my late night eating habits. I used to eat fast foods at around 9 p.m. That is bad, ladies. So, I decided to get help from a calorie-controlled diet. This is going to be my food diary as well.

I woke up and drank the milk from WRP at 7 a.m., continued with a sachet of chocolate cookies (yummy ones at that!) at 10 p.m. While I was watching TV in my room, I feel the urge to exercise.

So, I hopped on the elliptical machine outside my room and did a 20 minutes session while watching the Asian Food Channel. I feel pretty good and my headaches are all gone.
I just did a 20 minutes aerobic session.

I then continued the day eating my lunch which consisted of 3 chicken strips, 4 slices of 'tempeh', 3 tablespoon of white rice and a plate of garlic sauteed pak choy.
Recommendations of what to eat each meal. Taken from MyPyramid.gov
I finished the first day yesterday in bits and pieces. It was so difficult especially at around 9 p.m.where I started to get cravings for those fast foods. I held it in and talked to my bf about my motivations so that I get the gist of what I'm doing this for.
Talking and discussing to someone close really helps 'kill' the craving I had.
I talked for around 15-30 minutes and my bf listened calmly and patiently, even though it was nowhere NEAR calm. I was kinda, sorta, in a state of THROWING A TANTRUM that I want to eat a little bit of Ekkado from Hoka Hoka Bento.
This is me last night. Just substitute 'Dumbo' from the picture above to 'Ekkado'.
He was being very supportive and offered me green grapes, which i love so much, aside from Jeruk Bali. I also played around with my puppy to forget my cravings and get-a-movin'. I got tired and slept at 10.30 p.m. without eating any fast food.
What had saved me from cravings last night. I ate 5 of these and the cravings are gone!

Lesson learned today :
  • Exercising is good especially when done in front of the TV. I didn't feel like exercising for 20 minutes because I was enjoying the show so much.
  • It's always best to have a portion of vegetables to fill three-quarters your plate, rather than have carbohydrate. I feel full until 5 p.m.
  • Talking to a significant other or someone close when I have that craving really helps. My bf really helps in reminding me what I'm doing this for.
That's just day 1. I still have 5 days left to really commit myself to eating healthy foods and less processed ones. Wish me luck! ^.^ Sure you can do!

I Caved.. You Win, WRP.

FTC: I bought everything with my own money. I am not paid by WRP or any other companies to post this. This is my own, humble and honest opinion on the product.

Yes, I finally decided to go on a diet. Not because I have no more clothes to wear, in fact, I just bought 4 tops from X to X clothing. Urgh, the timing I chose to go on a diet.. Well, the reason I finally stepped up to go on a diet is because I wanted to see whether I can actually do it. I don't have a large target of actually dropping 10-20 kg, but only a mini-goal. My mini goal is to actually replace my dinner for this whole week with WRP Milk that only contains 200 kcal per serving of 250 mL. Yes, that may sound stupid, but believe me, I have to do this. Why?

It's because I have the WORST habit of them all. I like to eat at 8-9 p.m. and usually it is fast foods. That is why I decided to change small things from my eating pattern.

Why did I choose WRP?
I'm not really into counting all those calories if I have to make the food from scratch. I prefer to have meal replacements like ones from WRP, Entrasol, etc since the calories has already been counted/meal. I have already tried WRP's Diet To Go for breakfast as I head to the office and liked it. It's easy to consume and already has the written calories. Thus, I decided to continue consuming WRP to get my body used to lesser calories.
If you need more info, just go to their site.
Then, what did I finally caved to, you might ask? Well, I caved and bought this huge sized baby that I have been wanting to try for a while.
I finally have you in my arms, baby. Don't leave me.
I bought this at Sogo Food Hall Kelapa Gading Mall which retails at IDR 127,000 (prices may vary). It is a set from WRP that will last for 6 days and you are supposed to see a difference in your weight.
Here is the diet plan that they give you.
Here is the list of ingredients just to make sure that you are not allergic to any of it before you decide to go on this diet.
Ingredients for both milk and cookies
It has 6 slots  that contains meal replacement for morning and night. Plus, chocolate chip cookie snacks to be eaten at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. I like their diet plan since I do have cravings in the evenings and night time. Also, they taste good!
Diet supply for a week. Well, technically, 6 days.
Each meal replacement (milk) has 200 kcal and the cookies has 200 kcal per sachet. I don't understand how it can be added up to 600 kcal for milk and cookies. Sounds like Santa eating milk and cookies, just not at the same time.
I don't see how it adds up to 600 kcal. If 2 sachet of milk is 200 kcal and 1 sachet of cookies is 200 kcal, then 4 sachet of milk and 2 sachet of cookies should be 800 kcal. Or am I wrong?

How they are individually packed into the slots

The contents for each day
I will keep you updated with my diet for the rest of the week, so please excuse me if the timeline is fillllleeeeddd with updates of how my diet is going. So, wish me luck! I'll see you in my next posts. Later!
