Review: Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Extreme Ultra Firming Creme SPF 15

Hello, my dear bloggers. I've not been on track of reviewing products lately, I know and am really sorry for that. Well, today, I will review a skin care product from a high end brand, which I rarely do. You know that I'm quite satisfied with moisturizers from the drugstore, but sometimes I like to use high end brands just to try it out. I got the product from Holly Cosmetics who sells samples of high end products from Estee Lauder, Clinique, SK-II, etc.

How I Use It
On a clean face, I apply a 1.5 cm diameter for my face and neck every morning.

What I Like About It
  • It's readily available in almost all EL counters.
  • The look of the jar is absolutely gorgeous! A pink jar with a gold cap, what girl does not like those two colors?! ^.~
  • It contains SPF 15, although I would still use my sunscreen over this.
  • The ingredients are all safe to use. The hydrolyzed fish collagen is kinda confusing ~.~
  • Even though the texture is creamy, it doesn't have a greasy finish.
  • It doesn't break me out.
  • It makes my skin smoother and softer.
  • I feel my skin a little firmer after using this for a week, the power of suggestion? I just don't know.

What I Hate About It
  • The full size is expensiveeeee~~ Like hell, I'm gonna pay that much for a moisturizer.
  • It's in a jar. Why EL? Why would you packaged it in a jar? I will definitely repurchase once this is packaged in an airless pump bottle.
  • The scent gets to me, which is rare. It sort off smells like butter.
I like how creamy it is, but does not leave a greasy film afterwards on my face. Since lately, my face has a combination skin type, this moisturizes my dry areas just enough. I don't really see this cream giving me radiant glow as of yet, but I'll update you if it does. For now, it's just an excellent moisturizer that gives sufficient hydration and slight firming with SPF 15.

a 7 ml sample size of the product

I hate the jar packaging, despite the beautiful colors. =p

A very creamy texture that glides on smoothly
