Phanie's Prized Products: December Edition

First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011, everybody!! Hope it will be a good year for all of you!!

Here are my favorites for the last month of 2010. I haven't changed my skin care routine yet so there are more makeup products this month. Enjoy!

1. Etude House Collagen Moistfull Essence-in Foundation #2 Natural Beige
I bought this on a whim and partly because the packaging is really cute and girly. It's meant for people with dry skin type because it contains "essence" to moisturize the skin further while giving you an even skin tone. This feels really lightweight on my face, but gives enough coverage for my acne scars. I got mine in natural beige because I, simply, don't want to look like a ghost in pictures (^.-)v

2. NYX Concealer in a Jar in Beige
I like the consistency of this product as it is creamy and has a medium coverage. It blends easily into the skin, concealing most of my flaws ranging from dark spots to acne scar. The only downside is the jar container makes it really un-hygienic to reuse over and over again.

3. TheFaceShop Lovely ME: EX Nail Polish Remover
The scent is fabulous as it smells of lavender and berries, instead of that very alcoholic-acetone-y smell. It's also not very drying my cuticles and hands, so, yay~ !

4. Etude House Petit Bijou Peach Touch
I use this for the whole month because it's such a fresh smelling scent of sweet peaches.

5. L'oreal UV Perfect SPF 50/PA +++
Yep, another sunscreen. The texture looks creamy, but it's really more of a lotion type of texture. It gives a glowy, healthy look that might be a little too oily for people with oily skin type. It is a chemical type sunscreen and doesn't leave a white cast afterwards.

6. Canmake Cream Cheek in Marshmallow Pink
After my acne has subsided, I decided to give blushes another go and I didn't regret it a bit. I love this cream blush so much!! It's really easy to blend and dries to a powder finish, looking really natural. The color selections are just too good, I want all of them... T^T

7. Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner in Blackest Black
I'm not usually into eyeliner just because my right eye has a very droopy eyelid that the lash line sort of disappear, making it hard to line my eyes. People with monolids, be very grateful that you STILL HAVE MONOLIDS, I don't even have a crease on my right eye... T^T
Anyway, I love tightlining my eyes lately because they don't look as harsh as the common method. With this, it doesn't make my eyes watery, dries fast, smudgeproof, waterproof and lasts all day. The texture is so creamy that lining with a light hand will already produce results. Funny thing is I get it off really easy using my Neutrogena eye makeup remover, despite it being long lasting and whatnot, unlike the Revlon Colorstay foundation.

8. Masami Shouko Slanted Eyeliner Brush

I apply my gel eyeliner with this brush because it's easier to use compared to the brush that it came with. Besides, I lost the brush somewhere in my really messy room, so there's no way I can find it here. =p

9. e.l.f High Definition Powder
I use this to set my foundation so it lasts longer. It won't make my face all cakey, has good oil control, blends really easy and looks good in photos. :)

10. Silk Whitia Quick Moisture Anti-Oxidation Whitening Mask
This mask has really surprised me as it has the power to whiten the skin after one use! My face looks instantly one shade lighter and brighter. It also provides good antioxidant for the skin as it contains Vitamin C, which can also lighten the skin if use routinely. It's a sheet mask so putting it on is no hassle at all.

That's all for my December favorites and I hope all of you had a great Christmas and a super-fun New Year! Once again..
あけまして おめでとう ございます!
